Rehabilitation and Case Management
Our services
In addition to our EAP, we also provide Early Intervention Rehabilitation and specific Case Management for your staff. OAS is an approved rehabilitation provider and we pride ourselves in our holistic and efficient approach, assisting staff within the workplace context. Our ultimate goal is to return staff to their pre-injury role within your organisation, in an efficient, no fuss capacity.
With Occupational Physicians, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists teaming with our staff of Psychologists, we offer a comprehensive rehabilitation strategy for your workplace. Priding ourselves on a rapid response schedule, we are driven to achieving quality results for your organisation.
From years of experience, we have developed an early intervention model, which markedly reduces the impact of lost-time, and periods of absenteeism. By responding quickly, we find that successful recovery is achieved with unnecessary delay. Delayed responses can often be interpreted by staff as a non caring attitude which often leads to workplace complacency and absenteeism.

Career Assessments
Why you should book a Career Assessment with OAS?
It is never too late or early, for that matter, to determine the right job for you! Choosing the wrong career is easy. External influences, misguided motivations, or lack of knowledge of self all combine to making the wrong career path.
Thousand of lost dollars in course fees are nothing when you consider years of unhappiness and dissatisfaction stuck in the wrong job! For some, wrong vocational choices can lead to depression, unhappiness in relationships and even substance abuse!
By identifying your core interests and values, OAS can match you to the right vocation. Now is the best time to act and learn what vocation you should be in!
What is a Career Assessment?
OAS conduct career assessments which identify your interest and suitability in over 170 occupations. Through this process, we determine areas of study and potential career paths that suit you.
Developed by a professional career counsellor in 2006, the assessment was built from years of research on a group of over 3000 people aged between 15-55.
Constantly analysed and updated for the latest careers and courses, the career assessment contains a database of over 500 vocational choices. Utilised around the globe, this assessment is seen as a world leader in its class.
How does it work?
After a 25 minute assessment where you rate your interest level in a range of activates and occupations, OAS will provide you with a complete personalised report.
The report will assist you by providing suggested vocations that align with your personality and lifestyle. It will identify specific career options matching your interests and values. You will receive your actual results from the assessment as well as suggested areas of study, an action plan and career resources, helping you on the journey for the right vocation.
Our Workshops:
Use our workshops to improve staff relations and to build confidence in problem areas. We offer off-site facilities or after hours / lunch time programs where appropriate. Full catering service available on request.
